How to Reserve a Cabin at Lake Belva Deer

Decide which cabin you would like to stay in. All cabins are the same and are located in the same area.
Review the calendars on the bottom of the cabin web page and see if the dates you want are available. Cabins must be rented for two or more days during the week and during a non-holiday weekend. Cabins must be rented for a minimum of three days during a holiday weekend. Holiday weekends shall include Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day. The fee per night is $80.00.
E-mail us at Conservation@keokukcounty.iowa.gov and provide your name, telephone number, the cabin you want, and the dates you would like to reserve. We will email you back to confirm your reservation. At that time, you will have 10 working days to send us a completed cabin registration form, along with your $100 cleaning deposit check and your cabin fee check. If we do not receive your money within ten working days, your reservation will be considered canceled. You may also call the office at 641-622-3757 from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reservations will not be made from the answering machine.
Reservations will be accepted on the first working day of January each year.
No cash refunds will be made.
Print a copy of the rules and regulations page and a refund of the deposit for your records.

Cabins are available all year round.
All cabins are handicap accessible.
Heat and air-conditioning equipped.
Maximum of 6 people per cabin.
Cabins are 580 total square feet
- Downstairs (1st Floor): 20ft x 24ft
- Upstairs Loft (2nd Floor): 10ft x 10ft
