Refund of Deposit

The Keokuk County Conservation Board appreciates your cooperation in helping the staff maintain a nice facility for all to use. We thank you for your visit and hope that you enjoyed your stay. In order to have the $100.00 deposit refunded:

• All trash must be removed from the cabin and placed in the dumpster located at the entrance of the park. (Garbage bags are provided)
• Pet waste must be removed from the cabin yard daily.
• Restroom, including the shower must have all surfaces wiped down and the toilet cleaned.
• Table, stove, sink and countertops must be wiped down and clean.
• Floors must be swept and damp mopped with the broom and mop provided.
• Pets must be kept outdoors at all times.
• No smoking is permitted in the cabins.
• No cooking or grilling is permitted on the porch.
• All cleaning equipment is supplied.
• The deposit is not construed as a limit of liability for damages. Keokuk County and its agents may take any legal actions necessary to recover damages.
