- Research and advise on software and hardware purchases for the county
- Set-up and install new hardware and software
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain records on all equipment
- Assist users with application issues
- Responsible for all hardware and software maintenance and licensing
- Maintain county website and email
- HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer
