The Wilson Memorial Library's mission is to ensure that the public, regardless of age, race, creed, or sex, has the freedom to read and to freely choose from various sources of information and knowledge through a collection of print and non-print resources. The library serves the educational, informational and recreational needs of the community. The Wilson Memorial Library promotes communication and the sharing of resources among all libraries in Iowa. Through the state library system the library provides access to the resources of other libraries and agencies.
