Director/ Administrator of the Keokuk County Veterans Affairs Commission
Keokuk County is accepting applications for the position of Director/ Administrator of the Keokuk County Veterans Affairs Commission. The duties for this position is to provide assistance to veterans and their families in the process of obtaining all benefits including Federal, State, and Local for which they are eligible.
A veteran with a Honorable Discharge is preferred (Male or Female) but not required. A strong desire to work for veterans to obtain any and all benefits is necessary to perform the duties of this position. The individual will be required to complete a National Training School with a passing score within one year of starting date and will be required to maintain this certification yearly.
The selected person will work under the Direction of the Keokuk County Veterans Affairs Commissioners.
